All weight loss programs focus on losing weight first and foremost. They all do it a little differently, but the goal is to lose weight. So what happens if you don't lose weight? Where does that leave you? In addition, they assume you will keep following "their program" and keep the weight off. But the human body and the human mind don't work that way.

Our program focuses on improving your health by shifting your behaviors and lifestyle.  When the human body is healthy, weight loss is the result and it works every time.

At the end of the day, the effectiveness of any weight loss plan has a lot to do with the individual. This is especially true when it comes to long-term weight loss.  Research shows that long-term weight loss often requires the individual to make both dietary and cognitive changes around habits, food choices and expectations.
